Shipping, Returns & Store Policies
Our Promise
Every item is made to order just for you, and we want you to love it. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Shipping
Every item is made to order. Most orders are made and shipped within 1-5 business days, depending on the item, and journals usually take the longest. Delivery then takes another 3-7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on most items within the United States. We don't ship outside the United States yet.
Damaged, Broken, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or misprinted, we'll send a free replacement. Email a photo of the item to l_moore@mooreinspiration.com within 21 days of delivery. You don't need to send the item back.
Returns
You can return an item within 21 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Email us first so we can send return instructions. Once we receive the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Personalized Items
Items made with a name or custom text can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or misprinted.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered and you can't find it, email us. We'll work with the carrier and make sure you're taken care of.
Order Changes
Because each item goes into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase.
